Who this covers

This site (richmondtownhouses.ca) is operated on behalf of Katerina Zemlia, REALTOR®, RE/MAX Westcoast, 100-6086 Russ Baker Way, Richmond, BC V7B 1B4. This policy explains what happens to the information you submit through the contact forms on this site.

What we collect

When you submit a contact form (on the homepage, a listing page, or a neighbourhood page), we collect the name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message you enter, along with which page prompted the inquiry.

Separately, this site uses Microsoft Clarity and Google Analyticsto understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, traffic sources, and click, scroll, and navigation behaviour. Both set cookies and collect technical information such as your IP address and browser/device details; neither receives anything you type into the contact forms. We don’t run any advertising pixels or other tracking scripts beyond these two.

How it’s used

Form submissions are sent by email directly to Katerina Zemlia so she can respond to your inquiry. That’s the only use: we don’t sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes, and we don’t add you to any mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.

Who processes it

Emails are delivered using Resend, a transactional email provider, solely to route your message from this site to Katerina’s inbox. Resend does not use your information for its own purposes. No other third-party processor receives data submitted through these forms.

Site usage data collected via Microsoft Clarity is processed by Microsoft. You can read Microsoft’s Clarity privacy statement at learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/faq. Site usage data collected via Google Analytics is processed by Google; see Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your rights

Under BC’s Personal Information Protection Act, you can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email katerina@zemlia.ca or call (778) 909-8639.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or how it’s used changes, for example if analytics are added later, this page will be updated and the date above will change accordingly.
